I think that would look kinda funny. I think you would be better off getting a little cardigan or shrug to wear over your arms… it would be way more fashionable and current. I also wouldn’t do white, I would go for black on the top and leggings. The white would just look weird with this. If you want to so something funky then wear some great shoes in a bold color like raspberry or orange. Something more updated and fun.

umm maybe not the t-shirt.
I think it would be better to wear a knitt shrug-type thing (like the person above answered) over top instead.
[edit] and I would Def. go for black leggings and shrug, instead of white.
