Wear black tights on the bottom, and black flats. Then wear a colored tank top underneath, like light pink or forest green. Or a printed one. But nothing TOO bright or neon, cuz that will clash with the tights on the bottom. References :
Wear anything that is cute with spring colors, since it is spring afterall. Cute little tank tops that are laced around the chest would look great with them. Because the hoodie is white, you can practically wear it with any color or design so I would say that ANYTHING goes. I would avoid tshirts that have high necklines, it would look funny with that. Solid colour tank top. Red, I think, depending if that colour suits you.

I agree with ^… Spring is sooo totally in and bright colors are not the hott! Maybe something with some seqins or something like that.
