I’m 99% sure those ones are fake. If the price looks too good to be true, it probably is. No one is going to sell a $100 shirt for 99 cents! If you want an authentic one, try looking around for online stores (revolveclothing.com sells Ed Hardy, and I’m sure there are dozens more!) and wait until they have a sale.
Sorry There are SO MANY fake things on ebay. It’s really not a good place to buy brand name items, especially clothes and bags. References :

Well the price it’s listed at definitely gives you a clue. Who would start a new Ed Hardy at .99?

Ebay and Craigslist are the top two places to find the fake stuff. I would say that one is a fake.
